Get a Library Card

How to Get a Library Card

Any adult who lives in Jackson or Harmon County can apply for a library card.

You must be 18 years old and show proof of residency. Children under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the library card giving permission to use the library.

Proof of Residency (some or all of these):

utility bill

rent receipt

recently dated mail (not older than 1 month)

checkbook

You must have a library card with you to check out library items.

Out-of-county cards cost $10.00. This fee includes all family members. You can renew this each year.
