The Coffee Cup Bunch Friends of the Library welcomes Justin Lenhart, curator of the Jim Thorpe Museum in Oklahoma City, who will share the story of Jim Thorpe – perhaps the most remarkable athlete in history – as he reviews the new biography: “Path Lit by Lightning” by David Maraniss. This program will be held at 10:00 a.m. on October 4th, 2023 at the Altus Public Library, 421 N. Hudson.
